This is the ultimate tour for bird lovers on safari. With visits to Mariba Forest, Maramagambo Forest and Queen Elizabeth National Park you’re sure to spot some unique bird species – many of which are endemic to East Africa.

But this tour isn’t just about bird watching, it also includes Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest for an all-around amazing trip in beautiful, tropical Uganda.

10 Day Uganda Birding Safaris Itinerary

Upon Arrival You Will Meet Our Representative Who Will Pick You And Drive To Your Accommodation Place Followed With Trip Briefing And Later Dinner And Overnight {Bed & Breakfast}.
Our Birding Safari Will Start At The Uganda Wildlife Education Center Which Originally Started As An Animal Orphanage Around 1920s And Gradually Grew To A Place Of Various Fauna And Flora. We Will Enjoy The Bird Watching Here Until Evening And Later Proceed To A Chosen Accommodation {Full Board}.
Mariba Forest Reserve Which Is The Largest Block Of Moist Deciduous Remaining Forest Near Kampala, Here We Will Enjoy More Than 100 Species Of Birds Until Evening And Return To Our Accommodation Place For Dinner And Overnight {Full Board}.
After Breakfast We Will Drive To Mabamba Swamp And Continue With Our 10 Day Birding Safaris At Uganda. Here At Mabamba Most Of Our Birding Tour Will Be By Canoe And Keep Enjoying Different Species Of Aquatic And Non-Aquatic Birds, While On The Way To Lake Mburo National Park We Will Have A Brief Stop At Equator Point And Later Proceed To Accommodation Place {Full Board}.
After Early Breakfast, Embark On Foot Safari {Nature Walk}. Keep Enjoying The Nature Walk And Birding Safaris Until Evening And Drive Back To Our Accommodation Place For Dinner And Overnight {Full Board}.
On This Day After Breakfast We Will Drive To Queen Elizabeth National Park Which Is The Second Largest Park In Uganda With About 600 Species Of Birds Including Intra-Migrants And Residents’ Bird Species. Spending Our Full Day Here Until Evening And Drive To Our Accommodation Place For Dinner And Overnight {Full Board}.
After Breakfast Drive To Immaragambo Forest For Nature Walking Safaris Through Forest, Keep Enjoying The Walking Through The Forest And Learn More About Birds Species Found Here And Later Eveng Drive Back To Accommodation Place For Dinner And Overnight {Full Board}
Early Rise Before The Sun And Embark On An Early Morning To Drive To Catch Up With Early Risers. Enjoying Birding En Route To Kibale Forest And Drive To Our Accommodation For Dinner And Overnight {Full Board}.
Our Starts After Early Breakfast And Then Proceed To Kibale Forest Where Today We Will Enjoy The Chimpanzee Tracking And Birding Until Evening And Drive To Our Accommodation Place For Dinner And Overnight {Full Board}
As Our Birding Trip Comes To An End We Will Also Have A Chance To Enjoying Birding En Route To Entebe Airport Where Our Flight Back Home Awaits.
