Staying in nice tented camps under African skies in the heart of the Serengeti National Park, experience the true wilderness of this great land where animals are free to roam without restriction of fences. You are in safe hands with local Maasai tribesman and experienced guides employed to keep you safe. You have a very good chance of seeing the Great Migration in northern Serengeti this time of year as well as large elephant herds up to 300 in Tarangire National Park.
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch.
The park consists of natural vegetation mainly of Acacia woodland and giant African Baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the south. Both the river and the swamps act like a magnet for wild animals, during Tanzania's dry season. The Tarangire National Park is reputed to contain some of the largest elephant herds in Africa.
This African National Park is also home to three rare species of animals - the Greater Kudu, the Fringed-eared Oryx, as well as a few Ashy Starlings.

After breakfast, we head towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa - the Serengeti National Park - with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see.
We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti's species.

After breakfast, you will have a chance to follow up on migration to Northern Serengeti.
The park still has so many to offer apart from the migration as the endless plain is a home for lions, leopards, elephants, cheetah, buffalo, wildebeest migration, eland, wild dog, gazelle, crocodiles, and many more. Also, you will enjoy a variety of birds that decorate the park with different sounds.

After breakfast, have a full-day game drive in the park, lunch at the lodge /campsite.
The park has an endless plain which is a home for lions, leopards, elephants, cheetah, buffalo, wildebeest migration, eland, wild dogs, gazelle, crocodiles, and many more. Also, you will enjoy a variety of birds that decorate the park with different sounds.

Enjoy early breakfast, have morning game drive, Then we depart to Ngorongoro Conservation area with game drive en route.

The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania's last remaining black rhinos.
Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the crater supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its huge population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the ever-elusive leopard. We will enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor.

Early morning breakfast, then depart to Lake Manyara for game drive.
The park have varied habitat that attracts a wide variety of animals, including one of Africa's largest concentrations of elephants, Lake Manyara's unique tree-climbing lions, zebra, buffalo, giraffe, baboons, warthog, as well as large flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the lake.

You might assume that, because this safari is dedicated to the Great Wildebeest Migration, we should only visit the Serengeti National Park. However, that’s not the case; other Tanzania destinations we have included in this itinerary are the Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire National Park, and Lake Manyara National Park.
So, first you‘ll be visiting the Tarangire National Park. Then, you’ll watch the migration in the Serengeti National Park and see the Ngorongoro Crater to catch a glimpse of the incredible wildlife this place has to offer. Lastly, you’ll end the trip by going to the Lake Manyara National Park.
With our 8-Day Migration Tanzania Safari package, you’ll go to the Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch.
The next day, in the Serengeti National Park, you’ll have a chance to follow up on migration in the Northern Serengeti. You will observe a diverse range of wildlife on a full-day game drive, including lions, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, wildebeest, and wild dogs.
Thereafter, when you visit the Ngorongoro Crater, you’ll get to see plenty of wildlife in the area and end the day with lunch on the crater floor. End the tour by spotting the very rare tree-climbing lions on a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park.
